Ketum Open MUNAS VII Event

Marked by the beating of the gong by Ms. Haiyani Rumondang, the Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Workers' Social Security (Director General of PHI JSK) from the Ministry of Manpower, the SEKAR 7th National Conference of TELKOM was declared opened

 

Marked by the beating of the gong by Mrs. Haiyani Rumondang, the Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Workers' Social Security (Director General of PHI JSK) from the Ministry of Manpower, the 7th SEKAR TELKOM National Conference was declared opened. The Director General of PHI JSK was accompanied by Herdy Rosadi Harman, Director of Human Capital of TELKOM and Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, B.Sc, Director General of Information Applications (Director General of Aptika) from the Ministry of Communication and Information. Besides being attended by more than 500 people from VII Sekar National Conference Participants, the opening ceremony was also attended by Telkom Senior Leaders, General Chairmen of Trade Unions from various other companies, including Telkomsel, Biofarma, PTDI, PLN, Angkasa Pura II, Indonesia Power , KAI, LEN, and from various other companies. Also present were invitations from senior figures of Sekar Telkom. Previously, the Director General of PHI JSK read the speech of the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Hanif Dakhiri, which was followed by a very inspirational welcome from the Director of HCM, Herdy K Harman. The Director General of Aptika Ministry of Communication and Information, Semuel A Pangerapan also delivered sharing session with the theme of Industry Revolution 4.0. 


The Chairman of Sekar Telkom, Asep Mulyana said in his presentation about the importance of the role of Telkom Secretariat in maintaining the continuity of business and company, as well as fighting for the welfare of employees, even in safeguarding the interests of the nation, especially in the telecommunications sector. Among them are the participation and struggle of Sekar in
• Maintaining the Central Java-DIY Regional Division from the threat of acquisition by Indosat (2003)
• Reuniting the management of TELKOM, from the pattern of Operation Cooperation (KSO) where Telkom only controls Jakarta and East Java, while the region others are managed by foreign partners with poor management quality (2006)
• Thwarting the enactment of the DLD access code policy, which has the potential to harm Telkom and only benefit other operators (2008).
• Thwarting the Merger between Telkom Flexi and Esia, which potentially will later be purchased by Foreigners and become Telkomsel's heavy competitors (2010)
• Thwarting the plan to swap Mitratel shares, which could potentially continue to be acquired by other operators (2014).
• Thwarting the implementation of regulations on decreasing interconnection tariffs and network sharing policies that harm Telkom (2016).
• Prevent foreign potential from controlling 100% of telecommunications shares through the issuance of the telecommunications sector from the Negative Investment List (DNI)
• Social Action (Blood Donation, Raising and Distribution of Natural Disaster Victim Assistance, Rescue Secretariat, Additional Allowances for Retirees, etc.)

In terms of improving employee welfare, through the Collective Labor Agreement (Collective Labor Agreement), Sekar Telkom has succeeded in fighting for many employee interests including:
• Increasing Pension Benefits (MP) to 300%.
• Increase remuneration periodically every year with increases above inflation.
• Increase THR from 1 time THP to 2 times THP.
• Increase the amount of Production Services (bonus for employees) from 2% to 3% of company profits.
• Bring up the bonus award clause and the next Mid Term Incentive if the target is exceeded.
• Increasing tariffs for health facilities
• Bring up discretionary articles so that management provides additional benefits to employees.

The opening ceremony of MUNAS VII was also enlivened by the appearance of Senandung Nusantara traditional dance, as well as poetry and book offerings from the Bakti Bagi Negeri (BBN) action of Sekar Telkom.

MUNAS VII SEKAR TELKOM was held for 3 (three) days, namely on March 19-21 201 and was held at TCUC Campus, Jl Gegerkalong, Bandung. In addition to the agenda of the DPP Sekar management's 2016-2019 period which ends its tenure, as well as the discussion of work programs that will be the mandate for the management of the next period, things are very important and highly anticipated by all participants, even all Sekar members and also extended families Telkom is the Election of Sekar Telkom's General Chairperson for the Election of 2019-2022.
